How Crypt Monster Works!
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. N7Corporation, as Licenser, grants to you, the Licensee,
a non-exclusive license to use this software program (hereinafter the
"SOFTWARE") in accordance with the terms contained in this license.
2. The licensee can install the software on up to 3 machines or devices
(that belong to a single individual or business) at any one time. You
may access the SOFTWARE through a network, provided that you have obtained
individual licenses for the software to cover all workstations that will
access the software through the network
3. The licensee agrees to not provide a copy of this software to another
party. Licenses are not transferable.
4.NO REVERSE ENGINEERING. You may not modify, disassemble or decompile
the SOFTWARE or the stand-alone install programs created with the SOFTWARE,
in whole or in part.
5. The licensee agrees that crypt monster, the N7 corporation, or any
entity involved with the Crypt Monster software are not liable or responsible
for any inability to retrieve data encrypted by the software. This includes
forgotten passwords and program error.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty. The software and the accompanying files are
provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. to the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law, N7 Corporation disclaims all warranties,
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties
of performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in
no event shall N7 Corporation be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential
or incidental damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss
of business profits, business interruption or loss of business information)
arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if N7
Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Personal Data collected from this website will not be provided to third
parties and will be used only for the purposes of the Crypt Monster and
N7 Corporation. This will generally include software updates, and important
notices.
8. The licensee agrees to not use this software for unlawful purposes.
9. The licensee uses this software with the understanding that N7 Corporation,
Crypt Monster or any party involved with the Crypt Monster entity will
not be liable for any damages or loss of data caused by the Crypt Monster
Software. This includes lost or stolen data (including data that has been
decrypted not using the Crypt Monster Software).
10. Crypt Monster, N7 Corporation, and other entities involved with the
Crypt Monster will not be held accountable for the use of this software
by a licensee.
11. Details regarding the software will be provided at the discretion
of the Crypt Monster and N7 Corporation Management.
12. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE, including
but not limited to any images, texts, and sounds incorporated into the
SOFTWARE, are owned by N7 Corporation or its suppliers.
13. The licensee understands that forgotten passwords are unrecoverable
and that incorrectly entered passwords will result in a corrupted file.
14. The licensee understands that using the "Delete Original or Encrypted
file" option will permanently delete the file(s).
15. There are no returns allowed on purchases.
16. The licensee agrees to READ THE USER GUIDE before using the software.
