How Crypt Monster Works!

 

 

By registering as an Affiliate of the Crypt Monster Reseller Program you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in order to receive commission fees. Failure to do so will remove any right to payment of your commissions:

 

For the purpose of the content below, an "Affiliate" is an independent contractor that is not in any way legally connected to the Crypt Monster Software or any Entity linked to this Buisiness.

1. You will not use any illegal device to promote the Crypt Monster Software. This includes but is not limited to:

  • unsolicitad bulk email or SPAM
  • BOT posts to websites
  • Any form of action deemed an annoyance by the users or owners of a website, email account, or online device.

 

2. No agency, relationship, or employee is established by this agreement other than that of an independent contractor solely for the purpose of referring possible sales to the Crypt Monster website.

 

3. All legal issues created by the Affiliate will remain with the Affiliate. The Crypt Monster, N7CORP, and any other entity involved with the Crypt Monster will not be liable for the actions of an affiliate who is a part of the reseller program. You must indemnify Us and hold Us harmless against all loss, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses (including legal fees), claims and damages arising from any breach by you of these Conditions of Use, your access and/or use of this website or reliance on its contents or information received through it by you or any person accessing any content through you.

 

4. Complete payments must be received in order for the Affiliate to receive their commission for the sale.

 

5. All taxes applicable for you (the Affiliate) in your country of residence are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate.

 

6. All payments are made through PayPal only. No exceptions

 

7. All payments are made quarterly on the following dates:

  • Jan 10
  • April10
  • July 10
  • October 10

8. Commission payments are agreed at $5 USD for every sale made at $15.95 USD. A sale is defined as a complete payment received by the Crypt Monster Accounts Department. Notification of change to this commission payment agreement will be made 30 days prior to commencement of the change.

 

9. Commission payments are made only if the Affiliate has accrued more than 10 commisions for the last quarter. (i.e 10 Sales have been received by the Crypt Monster accounts department and associated with your promotional code.)

 

10 Commision payments are only relevant if the buyer has purchased the software using your Promotional Code and has entered it through our purchasing form on the Crypt Monster Website.

 

11. It is up to the Affiliate to ensure that their details are up to date and correct in order to receive commission payments.

 

12. It is at the Discretion of the Crypt Monster Staff and any entity involved with the Crypt Monster to refuse commission payment if there is a valid reason to believe there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

13. These Conditions of Use set out the entire understanding between Us and you with respect to their subject matter. We may amend these Conditions of Use at any time by posting the amended Conditions of Use on this website. The amended Conditions of Use will be effective immediately and you will be bound by the amended Conditions of Use from that time. These Conditions of Use may not be amended otherwise. You should visit this page periodically to review the Conditions of Use.

 

14. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the content and workings of this website or the Crypt Monster software. The content and workings of this website and the Crypt Monster Software may contain inaccuracies, programming errors, or typographical errors. Your use of this website and the content is at your own risk. Changes are made periodically to the content of this website and software and may be made at any time.

 

15. We may terminate these Conditions of Use and your access to this website at any time without notice. In the event of termination you are no longer authorised to access the website. All restrictions imposed on you, disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Conditions or Use will survive termination. We reserve the right to withdraw access to this website at any time without notice. You must terminate your link to this website if we request you to do so, either directly or by notice on this website.
